Maximize Document Accessibility

Use accessibility checkers in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint to ensure documents and presentations are maximized for accessibility.  The built-in accessibility checkers list errors in documents and presentations, you can then go through each error listed and fix it using the instructions provided in the accessibility checker window.  Common errors include, missing alternative text on images and tables, missing header rows on tables, incorrect or missing headings and document structure.
